Maybe a typo in your xpath statement?

For tags like <... style=3D"display:none"> it should look like this:

xpath=3D"//*[@style=3D'display:none']"

There are some tools to build/evaluate xpaths, one is called XPE XPath =
Explorer.

Jochen.

Betreff: [Webtest] How to test style attributes.

Hi,

=A0=A0=A0 I have a piece of javascript code on the site that does this =
:-
=A0=A0=A0=20
=A0=A0=A0 document.getElementById ( "elementid" ).style.display =3D =
"none" ;

=A0=A0=A0 I want to check if the syle is actually set to "none", that is =
the element has become invisible.=20

=A0=A0=A0 I tried using the XPath for searching @style=3D"display:none", =
but it seems to be failing.

Thanks,
Abhin H
