[Webtest] NoHttpResponseException ... how to handle/explain it?

Ok, I have got it working .. so far it seems that the  
NoHttpResponseException is gone after I commented out the line 293 in the  
HttpWebConnection.java file, but I also commented out the line 71 as the  
build was failing with a warning ... so thanks for this very usefull hint  
...!
My question would be ... is the self-modified htmlunit jar the only way  
how to handle it? Or do you forsee a fix to the HtmlUnit SVN ? Please  
advice,
