When specifying attribute replaceProperties="true" on propertytable ant task then entries like ${basedir} will be replaced with their values.

Patch and tests attached.

replaceProperties_parameter.patch is for a project AntPropertyTable
simple2.xls is a resource file for unit test to be placed in tests directory
