[Webtest] WebTest and ApacheCon US 2008

Hi Everyone,

I submitted a proposed tutorial for WebTest for ApacheCon US 2008
in New Orleans during November. If anyone is contemplating attending
I would greatly appreciate any votes you might want to send my way.
We haven't had much success in getting WebTest into this conference
in the past.
